Stygia: It is getting colder out. When it's cold, I fluff a bit. I was sleeping in a ball on the cat condo, and Ms. C took a picture of what she likes to refer to as my "cat frills." Do you other cold-climate cats also like to fluff and frill?Ms. C is insisting on including this next picture of me. I don't know why. It's blurry and not even a good pose, but she said something about some thing stuck on my nose. What's the big deal? (Ms. C: It's cute and silly!)

Beans just love posting silly pictures of us. I'm sorry to agree, but it's funny. We don't get cat frills, but the fur on the top of Ambrose's head sticks straight up sometimes like he's got a floppy little head of hair.
We love your frills, Stygia, and can quite understand why Ms. C wanted to include the other pic!

I don't frill, Stygia, I get what mom calls, "poofy". I HATE when she says that, 'cause I don't think boy cats oughta be called "poofy". It sounds like a girly word, to me. She promises to try to get a picture of me bein' poofy, but I'll bite her HARD if she actually does it!

Yeah I frill, Oliver puffs up, Angel frills and Gerry, well he's a law unto himself, he gets puffy in the rain, go figure!
